Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use antidrain.dev ("Antidrain", "we"), built and run by Zun. Read them before you use the site; they limit our liability and set out the risks you accept.

/Acceptance

By using Antidrain you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

/Who may use Antidrain

  • Age. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Sanctions. You may not use Antidrain if you are on a sanctions list of the United Nations, the United States (OFAC), the European Union or the United Kingdom, or if you are in, or act for someone in, a country or region under comprehensive sanctions by any of them.
  • No workarounds. You may not use a VPN, a proxy or false information to get around these limits.
  • Your local law. You may not use Antidrain where doing so is against the law that applies to you.

/What Antidrain is

Antidrain is software that runs in your browser. With the private keys you enter, it builds and signs transactions that claim and move assets out of a compromised wallet, while a sponsor wallet you fund pays the network fees.

Antidrain never holds your keys or your funds, and it cannot undo a transaction. It does not recover assets a drainer has already taken, and it is not a bank, an exchange or a recovery agency.

/Your responsibilities

  • Only your own wallets. Use Antidrain only on wallets you own or are allowed to act for. Never use it to access, move or claim assets that belong to someone else.
  • What you enter. You are responsible for every value you enter: keys, the safe address, contracts, claim data and amounts. Check the safe address before you run a rescue; a transaction sent to a wrong address cannot be reversed.
  • Your keys. Keep your sponsor wallet's key safe and use the dashboard on a device you trust. Keys are stored unencrypted in your browser (see the Privacy Policy).

/Prohibited use

You may not use Antidrain for theft, fraud, money laundering, financing terrorism, evading sanctions or anything else that is illegal, nor try to disrupt, overload or attack the site, its RPC proxy or the Antidrain contract.

/Fees

  • 20% service fee. Each rescue takes 20% of the tokens and native coins it moves (such as ETH, BNB or SOL), on-chain, in the same transaction. On Solana this includes the SOL recovered from closed token accounts, nonce accounts and stake. The rest goes to your safe address.
  • NFTs are free. NFTs move whole, with no fee.
  • Network fees. Your sponsor wallet pays each transaction's network fee (gas). Network fees are spent even when a rescue fails, and are never refunded.
  • Referrals. When a referral link applies, part of the 20% fee (5% of the amount, or a different share agreed with us) goes to the referrer, once per referred wallet, on EVM networks only. It does not raise your fee.
  • A safe address that cannot receive. On EVM networks, if your safe address refuses a token (for example a contract that cannot hold it), that token's share is sent to Antidrain's fee wallet instead of being left in the compromised wallet.

/Taxes

You are responsible for any tax on the assets you rescue and on any referral payouts you receive.

/No advice

Nothing on the site, in the docs or in our messages is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

/Risks you accept

A rescue can fail or be beaten by a drainer: bots, contract changes, network congestion, RPC outages and the claim's own rules are outside our control. A scheduled rescue runs only while the page stays open. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, and crypto assets can lose value. You use Antidrain at your own risk.

/The Antidrain contract

On EVM networks rescues run through the Antidrain smart contract. Its owner can do two things that stop rescues:

  • Pause the contract. This stops all rescues on that network, to protect users while a security problem is being dealt with.
  • Block a wallet. This stops all rescues for one compromised wallet. Whoever holds a leaked key can use Antidrain too, so when the real owner reports that an attacker is using it to empty their wallet, blocking it keeps the attacker from doing so. A blocked wallet is unblocked once the owner is verified.

/Other services

Rescues depend on blockchains, RPC providers, wallets, the dapps you claim from and other services we do not control. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for them.

/Intellectual property

The Antidrain name, logo, site and its content belong to Zun. You may use the site for its purpose under these terms; you may not copy it, or use the name or logo, to make another service look like Antidrain.

/Suspension

We may change, limit or stop the site or any part of it, and block access or an account from rescues, at any time, for example to comply with the law or after a breach of these terms.

/No warranty

Antidrain is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it works without errors, that a rescue succeeds or that the site is always available.

/Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Zun is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of tokens, coins, NFTs, network fees, airdrops or profits, arising from your use of Antidrain.

To the same extent, Zun's total liability for any claim about Antidrain is limited to the greater of the service fees you paid through Antidrain in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

/Indemnity

You will cover any claim, loss or cost, including reasonable legal fees, that Zun faces because you broke these terms or the law while using Antidrain.

/Disputes

If you have a complaint, contact us first: most problems can be settled that way, and we will try to answer within 30 days.

/General

  • Whole agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Antidrain.
  • Severability. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • No waiver. Not enforcing a term at one time does not give up the right to enforce it later.
  • Transfer. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours, for example to a company that takes over Antidrain.
  • Events outside our control. We are not responsible for a failure caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as a network outage or an attack on a blockchain.

/Changes to these terms

We may change the site, its fees or these terms. The date at the top shows the last change, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
